Now that your carpeting and upholstery fabrics have been restored back to their best possible condition, how do you keep them looking great longer?

It is very simple...apply either 3M Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon to your freshly cleaned textiles. Some consumers believe that carpet protection does not work because you cannot see it, you cannot smell it, and you cannot feel it; however, this is just not the case. These products have been specially formulated so that they will work on protecting your carpeting without anybody noticing a change in the texture, look or feel of the cleaned textile. Afterall, would you want to feel anything else than a baby-soft clean carpeting or upholstery?

What Benefits Do You Get From Applying Protector to Your Carpeting or Upholstery?

Why do we offer two different brands of protector?
I am glad that you aked... Both of our carpet and upholstery fabric protectors are top of the line products that will keep you satisfied with your cleaning investment no matter which you choose. On some synthetic fibers the Dupont Teflon Advanced protector will adhere to the carpet fiber just a little bit better, thus lasting a little bit longer. The second reason that we offer two protectors is that it is a well known fact that 3M Scotchgard and Dupont Teflon Advanced are two of the cleaing industries leading protectors, because of this some of our customers have had a preference of one over the other based upon personal preference. Therefore, we now offer both protectors so that you can choose the protector that fits your needs and wants the best.

With Textile Protectors, Sometimes Seeing is Believing
With our protectors, you cannot see the protector until you experience what is does with a spot, stain or spill. If you have not experiences just how well 3M Scotchgard and Dupont Teflon Advanced protectors can keep your textiles looking great longer, ask our technician to show you a tester card.

We have specially made tester cards where either 3M Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon Advanced protector has been applied to one half of the card and the other half of the tester card has been left un-treated. We will hand you one and then feel free to give the card any abuse of spots and stains that you would like...coffee, soda, water, juice... Then take the card to your sink and just rinse it off with water. You will then see for yourself just how great of an investment in your carpet and/or upholstery fabrics that these protectors actually are!

IMPORTANT NOTE Regarding your Carpet Warranty!
Placed aside, all of the other great benefits that you will experience from having your carpeting protected after your professional cleaning, if you would like to keep your warranty of your carpeting in effect, most manufacturers of carpeting state that it is mandatory to have your carpeting re-protected after each professional cleaning. Some of the manufacturers mandartory professional cleaning schedules will vary; however, most require a professional cleaning to be performed once every 12 months and some require every 18 to 24 months. In order to make sure that you are in line with the requirements of your carpet manufacturer's warranty, please check with the warranty paperwork.
